At Tali Makeup Artistry, we kindly ask that you make any appointment cancellations at least 72 hours in advance. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the initial booking fee will be charged. Unfortunately, all deposits are non-refundable.

If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, we will retain the full amount paid as compensation for our loss. We reserve the right to cancel your appointment for any reason at any time, and in such cases, we will offer another date and time for your appointment.

In the event that you need to cancel your appointment due to government restrictions or a COVID-19 exposure, any prepayments made to Tali Makeup Artistry in excess of 10% of the total booking fee will be retained by the company as compensation for losses incurred. If you are unable to attend your appointment due to government restrictions or COVID-19 exposure, the booking fee will be retained and can be used as a credit note or voucher for a future appointment.
